Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Elevated Health RX, we are committed to your satisfaction with our products and services. We understand that situations may arise where a refund is warranted, and we evaluate each refund request on a case-by-case basis.

This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting one. This policy is incorporated into and governed by our Terms of Service.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Here is how cancellations are handled:

  • No refund for the current billing period. When you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle. Your access to subscription benefits will continue through the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the next billing cycle. Your subscription will not renew, and no further charges will be applied after the current billing period ends.
  • How to cancel. You can cancel your subscription by contacting our support team at support@elevatedhealthrx.com or by calling (844) 357-3601. Please allow up to one business day for your cancellation to be processed.
  • Timing matters. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please submit your cancellation request at least 48 hours before your renewal date. If your cancellation request is received after the renewal charge has been processed, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the newly renewed period.

3. Medication Refunds

Due to the nature of prescription medications and applicable health and safety regulations, our ability to issue refunds for shipped medications is limited:

  • Generally non-refundable once shipped. Once a prescription medication has been shipped, it is generally non-refundable. Federal and state regulations prohibit the return and re-dispensing of prescription medications, and we cannot accept returned medications for resale or redistribution.
  • Exceptions. We may issue a refund or replacement in the following circumstances:
    • You received a damaged or defective product.
    • You received the wrong medication or incorrect dosage.
    • Your order was lost in transit and tracking confirms non-delivery.
    • There was a pharmacy error in the preparation of your medication.
  • Reporting issues. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damaged or incorrect product, your order number, and a description of the issue. We will investigate and respond within 2 business days.
  • Medications not yet shipped. If your medication has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation and full refund by contacting us promptly.

4. Consultation Fee Refunds

Consultation fees cover the cost of your evaluation by an independent, licensed healthcare provider. Refunds for consultation fees may be available in the following situations:

  • Provider unable to prescribe. If your Provider determines that the requested treatment is not medically appropriate for you and no alternative treatment is offered, you may be eligible for a refund of your consultation fee.
  • Treatment not appropriate. If your health questionnaire or consultation reveals that you are not a suitable candidate for treatment through our platform, your consultation fee may be refunded.
  • Technical issues. If a technical failure on our platform prevented your consultation from taking place, you will receive a full refund of the consultation fee.
  • Non-refundable situations. Consultation fees are generally non-refundable if a Provider has completed a review of your health information and provided a clinical recommendation, regardless of whether a prescription was issued. The Provider's time and expertise are the services rendered.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team by email at support@elevatedhealthrx.com or by phone at (844) 357-3601.
  2. Include the following information in your request:
    • Your full name and email address associated with your account.
    • Your order number or subscription ID.
    • The reason for your refund request.
    • Any supporting documentation (e.g., photos of damaged products, tracking information).
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with a determination.

Please note that all refund decisions are made at Elevated's sole discretion and are final. We may request additional information from you to evaluate your refund request.

6. Processing Time

Once a refund has been approved:

  • Credit/debit card refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. While we process refunds promptly on our end, it may take an additional billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Refund confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated, including the amount refunded and the estimated timeline for it to appear on your statement.

7. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.

  • Contact us first. In most cases, we can resolve billing issues faster than the chargeback process, which can take weeks or months. Reach out to support@elevatedhealthrx.com and we will work with you to find a resolution.
  • Chargeback consequences. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in the suspension or termination of your account. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that we believe are unwarranted and to provide evidence of the transaction to your financial institution.
  • Good faith. We handle all billing disputes in good faith and ask that you do the same. If you have been charged in error, we will make it right.
